Toronto PATH redesign: Accessibility for all
In this assignment I was asked to assess the current PATH system and identify issues within its wayfinding and navigational design. I was then to redesign the signage and navigational map to improve its functionality and user experience.
After site analysis of the path system I discovered there to be a lack of accessibility, with signage and the map either improperly labelling routes as accessible or not labelling them at all. Because of this, I found the path to be inconvenient and lengthy for anyone with accessibility needs, and decided to approach the goal with accessibility and making the path accessible for all.
